This Westchester modular home floor plan provides both formal and casual living on the first floor. The formal dining room and living room are in the front of the house separated by a an open and central foyer with a set of one turn steps. The rear and side of the plan provides casual laid back spaces for everyday living.
The master suite provides and ample sleeping chamber with a deluxe walkin closet and bath. Each of the secondary bedrooms are large and share one bath. The design of the stairs allow for a set of walk ups t the attic area if a 9/12 or 12/12 roof pitch were added to modular home.
The garage is connected at an angle to provide space for a clean out room for the occupants when the enter the home. The garage is shown on the left hand side meaning that an additional door would need to be added to the family room. i would recommend building the garage on the left hand side of the home.
